Permission to REST

Multi-tasking, rushing throughout the day, being busy all have been glamorized the past few years. Even with the forced locked down during this past year, people are not getting enough rest and are stressed.
It’s time to stop trying to be super-humans and to start living life more mindfully. Start setting boundaries, stop overcommitting and just REST!!!
R-Relax; it’s good for the mind and body, and helps rejuvenate
E-Evaluate your commitments, eliminate unnecessary situations to reduce stress.
S-Surround yourself with positive people, spend time in nature to bring you peace
T-Take time to take care of yourself first. Self-care is essential and will motivate you to set aside Time for you.
So next time you, find yourself rushing, stressing, and trying to be a Superhuman, just stop, and give yourself permission to REST!!!
