This last year and the beginning of this year has been rough on all of us. We are still in the middle of a pandemic, many people have lost their jobs, lost family members, and friends. The political climate has been ugly to say the least. The Coronavirus continues to spread all over the world.
We can all benefit from receiving some kindness, but also from spreading kindness. “Acts 20:35” teaches that it is more Blessed to give than receive.
My focus for the month is to spread kindness daily. I encourage you to do the same. Let’s commit to spread kindness.
It can be something as small as send a text, leave a note for a loved one Buying someone a cup of coffee, smiling, saying good morning to a stranger (especially since we have to keep physical distance or it can be helping a family member paying a bill, buying groceries.
I promise you by taking the focus of yourself, and doing something kind for others, you will feel better, happier, and at the same time “make someone’s day.
I would like to end with this quote.
“Treat everyone with kindness and respect, even those who are rude to you, not because they are nice, but because you are.”
